My love for fitness and healthy living started when I was young and played competitive sports. As an adult, I've kept a passion for exercise and maintaining my overall health. A 5k, 10k, or half marathon race tops my list of favorite ways to move! There is much joy in sharing the benefits of fitness with others and focusing on becoming better versions of ourselves. Having the Fit MXVL tribe that supports and celebrates one another makes every workout that much better!
