TRAINING SCHEDULE
It's gonna be a good one
The format of our group fitness sessions vary. Each workout incorporates a warm up, cardio and strength training, and a cool down portion.
GROUP FITNESS: MONDAY & WEDNESDAY
5:15am - 6:00am
Designed to improve strength, coordination, and well-being, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. Needed equipment includes various dumbbells (ranging from 3-10 pounds), a mat, and a yoga block.
GROUP FITNESS: SATURDAY
7:00am - 8:00am

All fitness levels are welcome at any of our total body workouts. The goal of these hour long sessions is to improve cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and muscle strength. Equipment need varies but typically includes dumbbells, a mat, yoga block, and water bottle. There's no better way to start the weekend!

Following the National Academy of Sports Medicine's OPT model (Optimum Performance Training), these workouts are personalized and developed to improve all functional abilities.  All personal training workouts include flexibility, core stabilization, balance, strength, and cardiovascular components.  Specific cues and coaching are provided in a one-on-one or small group setting. Clients receive pre-assessments, progress monitoring and reassessments.
